Lion Tim was elected 2nd Vice District Governor at the 89th MD23 Lions State Convention held at the Groton Inn at Groton, CT. As a member ofthe Terryville Lions Club, Lion Tim has served as President, Secretary and Membership Chair. He is currently Vice President. He received recognition for perfect attendance since his commencement of becoming a member of the Terryville Lions Club in 2003. 

He has served on many committees, as Chair and Co-Chair. Some ofthe committees he chaired were the Home and Garden Booth, the Rental Booth and the Food Booth, during such events as the Fair and Halloween. Lion Tim is the recipient of such honors as 100% President 2007-2008, 100% Secretary 2006-2007, Outstanding Lion 2004-2005, Melvin Jones Fellow 2009, Ambassador of Sight 2009 and International Presidents Certificate of; Appreciation 2008.  

Lion Tim is a graduate of Train the Trainer, class of 2007, a graduate of Membership Extension, Retention and Leadership Chair Person Seminar 2009-2010 and a graduate of Senior Lions Leadership Institute 2009-2010. Since 2006-2007, Lion Tim, a certified Lion, has served on the 23B Cabinets as Environment Chair. CT Lions Eye Research Foundation 2007-2008, Zone 4 2008-2009 and currently as Cabinet Extension and Multi-District Extension Chair. 

Lion Tim and his wife, Susan have been residents of Bristol, CT since 1983. He has been owner and President of AAA American Exterminators II since 1988.
