    *The annual New England Melvin Jones weekend with special guest LCIF Chair and Past International President Al Brandel is February 26-28 at the Doubletree Hotel, Milford, MA (I-495). Friday evening features "Dancing to the Oldies" 7-10:30 pm. Saturday features Lunch at noon, Melvin Jones Award presentations at 2:30, cocktails at 6:00 and dinner at 7:00. Sunday features the New England Lions Council meeting.

    Certainly a day trip is possible and worthwhile to see fellow lions honored and to see and hear PIP Al Brandel.

    Cabinet Meeting

    Our first District Cabinet Meeting will be held on Monday, August 2, 2010 at The Gallery, 141 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury. We will convene at 6:30 p.m. and a buffet dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.  The cost is $20.00.
